YEA it is getting cold enough to wear my NWD... Raining Cats and dogs right now, and cold. When I picked up Billy today, I handed him his NWD and told him to put it on, He took off his hood, and wrapped it twice around his neck and put his hood back on. Then when we got home he hung it next to mine and said we can both wear ours tomorrow... YEEPEEE

Oh dear dear me, that wasn't supposed to happen. Dear Dahlianut, you know that I'm going to spin you some prettiful yarn! I go to a spin and knit-in on the weekend of Jan 30. I might be able to spin you some soft prettiful yarn then. The sparklage in the bunny picture is "icicle" fibre which is non-metallic but still relatively soft. But it's not as sparkley as some of the metallics. If you still think that is enough sparklage for you, I will use that!
Metallic yarn sounds rather forbidding! At what price sparkle?

I finished the prayer shawl and put it into the mail, it is on it's way to a DG member in Canada.

Thank you it was a simple to make but was a rush job, had to be in the mail today to arrive before Wed. Here is the patterned. I said a prayer for her recovery and health for each row. Placed a spirit hole in the middle and wove one of my hairs in it , so I could be there to spiritually hold her hand.
What an inspired gift! I am sure it will have a healing effect.

Arizona has been hit with back to back storms, lost my power last night and the horse area is flooded. Aww heck, the whole ranch is flooded. As soon as the storms quit, I will move the horses out to the arena and the round pen. The chickens are doing fine, they are on higher ground. My ducks love it. Billy stayed last night in town with Auntie Ginah and Uncle Ronnie, he will stay there for the weekend so I can get this mess cleaned up.
Made arangements for Turkeys to come to my house tomorrow will post a link on that cause I need advise.
