Hey Hey Time for Santa's Sleigh....Hurray!!

Glad to see everyone here!! Everyone is so busy or waiting for the big event.

Picked up a few things at the grocery. The large parking lot was nearly filled! It looked like many people had not even starting buying their groceries for tomorrow.

I got a very nice Christmas package from my DS, DIL, and GD. They sent me a digital cordless phone with speaker. I guess I always complain about how I can't put the phone down and do something else while talking. My son baked chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and fudge! He bakes most things and also cooks and cleans when he has time. Such a good guy! I also got stocking stuffers of all kinds of little candies, Dum Dums, strawberry cherry and chocolate tinny Toosie Rolls, Starburst, Kittles, peppermint, candy cane, Mr Goodbar, tiny Reese's cup, hard candy in strawberry wrappers, some kind of green balls maybe chewing gum and 2 that I have never had, Chick-o-Stick and a Mary Jane. My DIL is really good at picking those out. I could have never even though to get some of them.

Lunch time and want to get a chicken in the pot.

Moon, sure am glad that bad weather by passed you.

Joy, does your turtle roam the house all the time? It looks like he is playful.

JJ, I know! My DIL is so strict about opening presents on Christmas or a birthday and not one bit before. Before they were married I would send all of my DS Christmas and birthday presents together in one big box but I had them tagged for each. And he would open the box when he got it. I always made his box filled with all kinds of extra ribbons and tissue and he would say that was the most fun thing about Christmas was opening that box.

lol Kea & Ku don't look merry, I think they've been working too hard.
Just ran out to deliver cards, whipped up a batch of cookies and am getting some last minute things wrapped for anybody who stops by.
JJ I'm serious, that 10 dozen cookies is gone lol and yes you're right I was on the laptop.
I'll have the chocolate fountain going tonight, I got strawberries, marshmallows & those pirouelines oh & pretzel sticks for that.

Venice,you asked if Theodore is always free in the house,he would like to be,but,he has to spend a certain amount of time under his UV and heat lamp,as he can't go out to get any sun rays and needs UV for his shell.He can't hibernate till he's fully grown,which's 8 years and he's only 3.I'm looking forward to seeing your cat's Christmas gift:}

I am having a relapse of my cold, headache, sinus pain, sore throat. I gargled and took a decongestant. I am now having eggnog with brandy. Thought that would be good for my throat!! lol

Hey my Gypsi Buds! I am back and had a great time with kids and grandkids, they are all so excited. Dave so sweet of you to send us a beautiful Christmas bouquet of lovely orchids. Venice your present from family was so nice and can't wait to see kitty opening present lol. Moon glad you were spared natures wrath, must have come on all of a sudden. The snow pulled one of my plugs out of my lights and I don't want to go out in the rain and dig it out to plug it back in. Maybe he will do it for me. I'll keep the camera handy in case he lights up too..

it was only 12 of us tonight.....I had a LOT of food.

Same decorations but I took that tonight in the rain with a camera I bought today...shhh.
This one is a Nikon, and at least it came on.

Nothing fancy ham, pot and gravy, baked beans, green bean casserole, deviled eggs, veggie tray, yum yum potatoes an a kidney bean salad maybe a seven layer salad.and some rolls with honey butter
