Does anyone have a supplier of turnera ulmifolia seeds? I love this plant and was just lucky enough this spring to find 'one' in a nursery. I have grown this from seed before but cannot remember who the supplier was. Thanks

chances are that if you still have the one plant, just wait until spring and you will have dozens more popping up everywhere.
Tracksinsand - Good point! We use to grow these in St.Louis as little annuals, didnt realize that they are subshrubs in reality. Allan Armitage started this plant as an annual a few years back.
if you don't get any seedlings, i'll hunt around for some this spring. d-mail me to remind me.
Where in mid Florida do you live? I am in Grayton Beach. We are zone 9 as well but just drive in 1 mile north and they are in zone 8 - not much difference. I have pulmerias on my deck right now, they look bad because they should be dropping their leaves. I am hoping no frost but I do have frost blankets for them. I do have a horticulture degree but am not use to this zone so I am trying everything. I love jatropha and it is flowering as I write this and have tried a few tropicals like hibiscus (don't care for them too much). My Diamond Frost euphorbia is flowering like crazy - probably a perennial for us, it will be interesting to see how it survives through the rest of the year. My specialty is arboriculture and I was an arborist in St. Louis for years. I do miss it. Not too crazy about palm trees! I grew a grass called Ruby Grass (melinias) and it is just wonderful. Pretty pinks blooms all summer - a great container plant. It is even flowering right now - good combo for muehlies.
I will remind you about turnera. Mine is still doing great, kinda spindley, maybe it will hold on as well. Have a nice Sunday.
i'll d-mail you so we can yak it up! lol
