We had a hot spell in late October followed by a big rain. (So. Cal. area) Now many plants are blooming out of season. How will they behave in their proper season? Ex.: daffodils, Japanese anemones, pink clover, wild onion, roses, day lilies.
Out of season bloom
that is a good question, in my case we cooled down and then had a massive warm up and my Daylilies and hyacinths started regrowing, now we are expecting Ice and lots of snow tonight
Here is a little info on the subject.

Houston area usually has 2 seasons of blooming from daffs, jonqs, not tulips tho, and everyones fall and winter seasons were 6 wks late this yr. My Confederate Rose blooms Sept each yr. Didnt bloom til mid Oct this yr. I reckon real winter will hit just after Christmas this year. Doesnt affect the daffs, jonquils, they back bloomin in season just fine
