Is this "leaf roll" on the tomatoes?

You are just not getting any answers- I don't know why- usually someone out there can solve most anything. I gave you my 2 cents worth- to me it looked like drift from maybe an herbicide. There have been times when I have used roundup on weeds, then seen slight damage on the perimeter of my veggie garden. That causes the leaves to be deformed much like your photo. Other than that I can't help- but good luck. Is it getting any worse?

Thanks man, but they have only used pyrethrum and that is not a herbicide. So far it is not spreading but the deformed leafs are starting to die. The land owners will be home in soon and it would be nice to be able to tell them something for sure...lol.
