When I called to make an appointment for my ear, told me it would be 6 days before he could see me....when I voiced my dismay, she said new patients had an almost 2 week waiting period....guess that is why Doc in the Box clinics are cropping up all over...

Finally got all 40+ orchids moved in, gotta get DH to drag the trees against the house under the overhang for tonight...I swear those boogers are going in the ground in the spring and can just take their chances next winter...LOL

Man I'm gonna go play snuggly in my room where it's waaaaay warmer than in here!

I never use tinsel, besides in this case it would make most of my little starts fall over....LOL

Trina, you could put a string of lights on one of your big plants or around the doorways.

Jordan and I will do the tree this weekend, and with Bobstreporous we will probably redo the tree everyday..grin

It is 42 here and the rain has started, Supposed to be 31 tonight...36 tomorrow night and then in the mid-high 40's the next few nights.

Trina, you aren't having a Christmas tree? Not even a tiny one? They had a lot of 2 foot trees at GW. Craigs list freecycle people are wanting to give away trees and decorations.

If anyone besides me goes anywhere near that bathroom...they better be ready for the white glove test when they come out....

Oh and honey I broke the little plastic thingy on the shower door, it p'd me off.

that's what it gets, JJ. We got new shower doors a couple years ago. Now they have a flat track on the bottom. I used to cut my fingers up on that stupid track.

I'll lower the door on one end so it will stick, he'll cuss and pull hard and think he broke it.

Two sides of my shower are glass doors. One on each side slide and they meet at the corner. Pain in the rear to clean the track.

I had those in my old house, now I have curtains. Throw 'em in the wash.

So JJ, what is DH gonna get for supper? Potato soup?

If I ever get to design a shower, it is going to be big enough so that all it needs is a solid glass panel covering 2/3 of the open side...no doors, no curtains, no tracks, no moving parts...grin

Hi Girls, its me flowers lol. Had a great day but man am I bushed! Sorry to hear you still have a bad cold Venice, if I were there would bring you some homemade soup. JJ why do we do this to ourselves? I have got to clean the oven before I can cook again and think that is one of my least fav. things to do. Joy we haven't forgotten about you, Smiley is checking on cheapest way to mail. But did find out we can't send you a switch blade or seal skin LOL. Hey Moon that turkey sub sure sounds good!, but think I'll pass on chocolate covered worms. They gave us cho. covered grasshoppers and ants in grammer school. I took mine home to dad,.he loved them but he was a sgt. in army in WW2 and drank out of mud puddles he would eat anything lol.

But then I'd need a bathroom big enough to put it in...

DH came in and wanted to know if his soup is done, figured if I was on the computer it wasn't ...ha ha yes it was.
Its a big pot he will be eating it all weekend...
