Well at least the sun is out. Temp has struggled up to 20º. Hoop-De-Do! Not! May actually get passed freezing when all is said and done. Feels waaaaaay colder due to gusty winds. Think I will stay in today.

Well the sun is still shinning down but the temp hasn't moved much. Up to a toasty 23º now. Winds still gusty and around15 mph does not help. Even the ☃ are frozen.

Its a biting cold 44 degrees and dropping. Got my sale order on bulbs yesterday and thought my money was wasted. But the plant by the moon said today was excellent for planting and we have had only one frost day so I've been digging and dropping bulbs all day. It got warmer near 11:00 and by the time I finished my hands were numb.
I'm glad I ordered them thou because I didn't hit one bulb I planted in October. I couldn't have been that lucky . I'm thinking the squirrells had a feast, my treat.
Loving my pellet stove big time today!
Got all bundled up to go shopping, got a far as taking the trash out to the dumpster, and decided there wasn't anything I needed badly enough to stay out in the frozen tundra. Tomorrow's another story...have to go to work :-(
Hubby still has to get our pellet stove ready for this year.

When I was a manager at JCP I loved doing the communion dress and accessory buys, man, I sold some gorgeous dresses, they looked like little brides, I can't believe people paid the price for them, I had dresses that were $180 some higher, but started at about $80 and that was 10 years ago, good thing you have EBAY now and recoup some of your $, or don't you sell something like that?

getting there... thank you... yes she is lucky.. I could use a few days of that.. I had Lily at the vet again last night... not sure what she is getting in to but can't stop going to the bathroom & puking again... they couldn't find anything major again.. but gave me more antibiotics and something to help her vomiting .. it so strange she is eating, drinking, playing all normal... but can't keep any food down or up... needless to say we need to replace our rug in the dinning room

Are you useing rock salt on the driveway? Could it be getting on her paws and washing herself makes her sick? Just trying to brainstorm here........very odd.
it is very odd... and no they don't go out where the salt is.. the back yard is fenced and we don't put down anything like that back there.. Randy took any plants she could reach that I had in the basement and put them upstairs .. I am hopping that is it
