I've seen this beautiful coreopsis in Sunset magazine, but it is never identified. Then I saw it in an article, but it was identified as coreopsis 'tiger stripes', which is another plant, I believe. This flower has sparse narrow petals, a deep red, with scattered yellow spots. Gorgeous! Does anyone know what this flower is?

I planted red coreopsis when I lived in Georgia and it thrived. Gorgeous plant. Check out this link and see if it's what' you're thinking of...
