Mine's the 3060, and there isn't anything on the handle.
Oh, and my husband reminded me we sprayed the scrubbing bubbles and let it sit about 15 minutes.
I also love appliances. Just got a new dishwasher, and I'm in heaven. It has more cycles than I should ever use, but I'll use them just to use them.
What's for dinner?
"But I'll use them just to use them" I would do the same thing!!! Whats this button do? and this one...... LOL
Victor no contest, Brian wins hands down but thats another one of those stories I was mentioning. Ever hear of Bonanza Steak House? They are now out of business and Brian is the reason why. ^_^ All you can eat steak meal they used to have? He ate 11, Josh and I were mortified and walked out and sat in the car. He had his own cheering squad in there anyways.
Yup, I pushed all the button after dinner around 8PM, and when I heard a noise and got up at 3 Am it was washing merrily away. I must have hit the longest cycle, plus four hour delay. Sure does a good job though.
11 steaks? Whoa!
Wow!!
You Too? Congrats! How exciting. Thats a BIG appliance :-) Have fun playing with it! I like to do my dishes by hand, but I've seen some of the new washers and they do everything but sing to you :-)
When we go to my brothers house for dinner he pulls out a mixing bowl for Brian's soup. Everyone teases him about his appetite.
11 steaks? He should call Guiness :-) Get some recognition for his talent.
Wow--I always wondered what happened to Bonanza! LOL!
You must have some food bill, Celeste! Should consider raising cattle on your land!
His talent in his old age is catching up with him. I've been shopping for some new clothes for him, good thing he looks good in red........

Hee hee. Just use Sophie for the beard!
Good idea! He likes an oufit for me in there too a few pages into it but I declined. LOL
LOL!
Hee hee!
Thats what he said too Victor as he pointed at it!!
I saw a few interesting ones!
We had turkey and gravy over rice. DH used the last of the mushrooms from the veggie plate in it.
Gotta use up the tomatoes so I started making grilled cheese and tomatoes. Got all the bread buttered, then discovered we had no cheese! Grrrrrrr.
Pixie, Brian & my stepson from Maine should NOT eat at the same place----he embarrassed us by going back to a buffet 7 times.
Ha ha ha!! Nope, must keep those to apart!!
Sausage and bean soup tonight.
Soup was great! Easy recipe that I found. We use turkey sausage.

costco chicken tonight real easy
scallops (from a store ) & peas. Different deserts as mine are sugar free.
Turkey dinner. Since we went away from home for Thanksgiving, I made a turkey dinner today. Yum!
Baked honey ham, russet potatoes, mixed butternut & buttercup squash from my garden together, steamed cabbage, and a loaf of fresh baked wheat bread. Dessert is a couple dozen chocolate chip cookies and chocolate-chocolate chip cookies. ^_^
i tell you I'm moving in with Pixie. Ready Pixie? I'm a good gardener, and don't mind cleaning house.
We had ham sandwiches on rye (would have gone well with Victors soup), and coleslaw. Then I made Russ some chocolate chip cookies.
LOL Polly, i'll tell hubby to fix the spare room up for you!
Thanks, be right there! Your husband doesn't know how lucky he is. And please don't tell mine. We're both retired, and split the housework, and I do the cooking, but only once or twice a week do I do meals like you.
To be totally honest, I have a handi-capped son who can not make meals for himself. It's also important for him to eat balanced meals due to the amount of medicines he takes and the effect they have on his immune system. He goes with his sister on tues. mornings and doesn't come back until thursday.....I often order out on ONE of those days. Mama's day off. ^_^ The other day is very light and may even be "dutch treat"(get your own). LOL
I knew that Pix, and I know you would make him good well balanced meals, but the meals you make, good grief. Well, I'm only going to be there on the days your son is home, then. I can do take out myself. If I want to drive 15 miles to get it, anyway.
It helps that I enjoy cooking, for me it helps to pass the time when i'm stressed. The downfall is the dishes. LOL
Do you have a dishwasher?
My husbands friend would not let his wife use a dishwasher, even though they had one. Now this sounds horrible, but it's not like that. It's a water issue, they're on a well. So I went on a mission to prove to him that a dishwasher uses less water and energy than washing dishes by hand, and the info is overwhelming proving that a dishwasher uses a lot less water and electricity. especially the new energy efficient ones.
Sorry, Polly, but my request was first!
No dishwasher, they all grew up and moved out. ^_^
DH would buy me one but it would take up cupboard space and I can't afford to loose what I've got. Next house will have one and the kitchen will be spacious!!
Well, if I come to stay, I will do dishes. Can Victor say the same, LOL.
i asked first last summer!
Move over Polly and Victor! I was first! I will do dishes, and I have African Violets! LOL!
You can step to the rear of the line also Bill! I asked last winter!
