omigod...ok 2 left...1 to go....guess what I just decided hubby's taking us out to eat tonight....mama needs a treat!
Trina I didn't find those seed packets right away because of the kid's birthday party thank you so much! I can't wait to figure out where to plant them!
GYPSIES REMEMBER BASIL part 4
That's really cute, Seeds!
Moon, I forgot the bank! But all is well.
Lynnie, mine will go from 1 (that belongs there) to about 8. They crowd in her room, I don't know how they do it, but they do. And if they all stay over, they spill into DS's old room, which is my ironing room now, thank you very much!
I'm pretty lucky I think, I like husband's family..his mom is sharp tongued sometimes but she enjoys getting it back, once I figured that out I was ok. And I have no problem being fresh instead of respectful lol my BILs are good guys and I love his dad, it's a nice family.
I really don't know what's so exciting about my house! I think they all know about the freezer of ice cream...they all got freeze pops. It's 40 degrees out there! They also pull out every toy in the garage. I guess I'd rather they're here, though, so I can know what they're doing.
EXACTLY! Lynnie that's why I don't mind when they pile in here because then at least I know what they are doing!
Mailman says I got boxes....I can't wait, I'm so giddy!
You're too funny Trina.
Lynnie, we always tried to have the "fun house". When they're teens I'd much rather have them here than who knows where. And we have no life so we're always home.
Angela has a friend who has older brothers. When the boys were around 8-9, the mom was telling me how that's the age where you have to give them a little freedom, etc... and I thought "is that why I see your boys riding their bikes with no helmets on, crossing a busy street (NOT at the intersection) with their skateboards balanced on the handlebars???"
It's tough when they start scoffing at the helmet. I tell them "it's not you, it's the idiots on the street in the 5,000 bullet I worry about".

Moon, are you a scorpio?
I got PLANTS!!!!!!!! two boxes of plants! I like plants. plants provide oxygen
Kassy, love your sky photos and the one with leaves.
Seedtosser, cool lady scarecrow!!!
I was trying to find a photo of Autumn Fire Sedum. I found a person on another sight who had that plant and I thought she had bought the seed. This is what she told be in her email. I had never heard of such a thing. Maybe that applies to $600 plants!
"You may need to check the tags of your Autumn Fire before propagating though as some varieties of plants aren't legal to propagate - they are copyrighted."
I have been trying to bottle up my seeds and label them. I do have other things to do other than seeds and flowers.
It rained very hard last night and sprinkle this morning. The sun is out now!!! But I think it is going to rain again. No rain tomorrow so I guess that will be shingle day. They told us to take all pictures and things off the walls. That may give you an idea of how loud that noise will be!
See you later!
Was this a trade? What did you give this person? I know you will show us photos of what you received.
well skiekitty sent me some different rose cuttings I will be sending her a rooted start of my blue moon and the miniature orange one....
and I'm not sure what was in the other box looks like some coleus, impatiens or begonias and 1 i have no idea what it is, but there's alot of it!
Thanks about my scarecrow!
Geesh, how cold it is out there today.
Yikes almost got blown away.
I agree with you all on the teen age thing.
Love having all the kids here.
But they don't have a whole lot of company either.
They are not into all the hubub with a lot of people...
OMG, revelation, were boring!
Oh but i'll keep my boring any old day.
yaya for you and the new arrivals Trina.
now if only everything that people said they were gonna send would get here....Moon what was it you called the water spider Orchid? swamp something....you could send me a whole box full of them...I think they are neat
Here is the info that person sent to me about copyright on plants.

No ma'am Smiley, I am a Gemini, June 2nd, know what ya mean about wanting them home...we were like the Boys and Girls club annex...grin and over the years I have come to be rather vocal about being responsible for your little ones....
Maybe it is just because you are the cool mom who will give them freezer pops in 40 degree weather and let them play with toys from the garage.....GRIN Way to go Lynnie good on you.
JJs Jim says he is planning on sitting on his SIL until his sister has whatever she wants and then, if he can do it without getting arrested donating the house and remaining contents to charity.....grin....My MIL is just bitter and unhappy because of her relationship with her MIL and don't ever forget what she went through with that woman, thank you so very much!
Hey Seed, Scarecrow Gypsy chic.....too cute. Hey Trina, Venice, good evening.
my brain still hurts but not as bad as yesterday...still raining too!
Habenaria repens....It grows around my friend's neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, FLA. I do not grow it.

What a clever girl.....that is so neat that she won. Tell her the Gypsies are proud of her and she can sing with us anytime.....lol
Seedtosser, I had no idea that moles were so cute and beautiful! She did a great job!
I have unexpected company, the ex wife's parents are here to see the kids
Trina, sure hope that visit goes well!!!!
That was a really good find Venice. Good information for folks that do a lot of trading to know. A lot of time and money can be spent developing anew cultivar and testing it for sale. No one wants to see the market flooded with bootlegged plants.
oddly pleasant and quick I'd say
Seeds, that's a cute mole! You sure are an arty-craftsy family!
he gave me a very nice compliment dropped some stuff for the kids saw a plant he liked, asked what it was, noticed I like EE's said he'd send me some when he got home and left....all done quick and easy
Well that was nice of them. I always try to keep my relationship with someone (if not the greatest) separate from my kids relationship with same.
Unless said person is a total jacka** , of course.
nice!!
Trina,
so glad the visit was good.
how old is she, Seeds?
She is 16
Seedtosser, really nice stipple drawing.
Trina, thank goodness there wasn't a scene or anything!
it would have been the ex wife's mother that wouldhave caused that a scene and she NEVER comes to see the kids it wa sless than 5 ninutes and that is all he sees them for a year
Judy, that is very well done and quite pretty. Your daughter is talented.
Catch you guys in a bit....making Gumbo, gotta cook the rice.....nummy.
Smiley, you were the one who gave me the Lily Regale' seeds, right? I should have marked them when I got them.
lol Venice now you know my dilemma...I'm so confused I don't know what I have coming anymore because I was n't keeping track of that, and now I have cuttings of stuff I don't know what is or who it came from!!! aaaaaccccckkkkkk...and carol you're such an enabler! LOL
Trina, since I don't have a whole jungle of flowers and seeds, I don't have to go through all of that. My seed send list is up to date and I won't forget all of you. The lily seeds were the only ones that I wasn't 100% sure. It is way too late to suggest that you keep a file of sends and receives!
