Does anyone else give their plants a shower in a regular basis? Is there any scientific reason not to do this (Al?).... At least once a month, on a sunny bright day, I drag them to the shower and clean up the grow area. Would it be a better time to fertilize on shower day after the flush or just on others days. I mix weakly, especially in the winter. Thanks.
singing in the rain
I give my houseplants a shower outside, in the shade. It cleans off the dust and the plants love it. I leave them out until the leaves dry, then, take them inside. As for feeding. I just keep to the regular schedule.
I grow them outside in warmer weather, but can't count on warm enough days in the winter for their shower..
