this year I am going to get a snow blower, I am getting to old to shovel it, also with a snow blower you can play in the snow, but not too long
Elizabeth
Glad I don't need a snow blower.
Hope those days are over.
Charleen
Hey Charlene

Elizabeth
Hey Charleen have you cheecked the tracking number on your box frm Elizabeth. Mine says it was processed thru Indianapolis, at 1:30 this afternoon..That means, I get it tomorrow..Whooohooo

Charlene
we need to move to the florida keys, so we can keep our Brugs in the ground year round, could you imagine a 25 ft Brug
Elizabeth
That WOULD be great wouldn't it?
Dee
I like to see them when I get them, that way I can open them. I'll be like a kid n a toyshop.
But I did that with my mule saddle. It can be very interesting when the dummies lose a
thing as big as a saddle. They sent it to Texas.
They better not do my flowers like that, I will have a fit, for sure.
Charleen
Dee
I hope you both get yours tommorrow, my DD lives 70 miles north of atlanta, she gets her box's in 2 days, oh don't mind the box but you will love what's in it
Elizabeth
Oh, Yes, that would be great!! Did you see the ones in Germany?? They were so Beautiful..
They had rows and rows. I saw that Shredded one today. That thing is fabulous. I really
did love that one. I bet when it starts drying it looks like a limp dishmop. I did love it.
Charleen
I can't wait. I know you will hear from me when I get it. I'm going to love it.
How long has she lived there??? That is where they got all the bad rain.
Is she in on of those houses or is she in the mtns??
Charleen
Charlene
I have about 5 that Monica started, Angels moonlight is one of them, & Panamenal is another one, my goal for next season is too have standards, like Monica's, also I have pollen to cross some of my own, I have to freeze it, which isn't a problem, I have an extra fridge in my garage
Elizabeth
What box...lol...it will be destroyed, anyway, when I rip into it. I know we will love what's inside!! Got my pots washed up and ready.
Charleen, I love the shredded white to. If my cutting does well, I'll send you a cutting, next summer.
dee
Charlene
you ever heard of a little town called Talmo, that's where she lives, I have to call her, give her my new phone number
I always call her when I send money, her Birthday is in Jan. I am sending her money the first of Nov. I am way ahead
on the girls Christmas & Birthdays
Elizabeth
She does have some beautiful standards, doesn't she? I noticed she had begonias at the base of hers. She does develope some beautiful brugs, too!
Dee
Alright. I'll take it too. I got some Brug seed today, may try to start them tomarrow. Sign is right for seedbeds.
I am ready to start them in bottles . I got some seed starting mix outside. Going to bring it in. O.K. need some help here.
brug seed information , girls.
Charleen
Dee
my shredded mess hardly grew, this summer, but when it does, I will share with you both, also I have some more that will be on their way by Nov. I don't know what one's yet, but I know they will be good one's
Elizabeth
Charlene
soak the seeds, then peel the cork off them, I put mine in the mini GH, & as Dee can tell you bottom heat helps, get you a spay bottle, that's how you water them
Elizabeth
That would be Elizabeth to get the seed advice from.
Elizabeth...sounds yummy! You know if I ever mention any that you would like cuttings from, all ya have to do is holler!
Dee
I got a spray bottle and will put them on top of my
Freezer. That will be bottom heat. did you put them in
soil? Peatmoss? , or starting mix?
Charleen
Charlene
lets hear it girl, what Brug seeds did you get? gotta let us know
Elizabeth
Elizabeth, do you bottom water, once they germinate? I bottom water evrything after they germinate.Cuts down on damp off.
Dee
Charlene
I like the peat pellets, but also I think the soil starting mix would work also, this is my first year with seeds, I have a few that are about 9inches tall, I have them on my window sill right now, but when it gets cold I have to put them under lights
Elizabeth
Red Tree Brug. Brug. sanguinia
Brug. suaveolens
Brug. Summer Sunrise
Don't they sound heavenly.
That's what Charley won me for being a
Scout.
Isn't that wonderful?
Charleen
Dee
I only bottom water when I dig them up, I leave the whole pot in water, to ease the shock of being dug up, the rest of the time I just water the whole pot, then let it dry out
Elizabeth
Wow, cool Charleen!Elizabeth, about how long from seed to bloom?
Dee
Why are you digging them up?
Charleen
That how you do the seedlings too...Oh...
Dee
