Well flowers see that's the problem I've never grown them before..I just liked the way it looked and they way the flowers smelled so I bought it and brought it home...after I got it I discovered it won't survive a winter here..so I went to the Passie Forum to see if any one else knew anything about them and instead it turned into anargument..that thankfully I won so now I guess I am the leader on this one...going to start using my journal on here so that if someone else here tries to grow one in the house they can learn from my mistakes!

Seedtosser when my kid were little I made all ther halloween costumes and costumes for a friend of mine's three kids. But I love Halloween. Now it's cheaper to buy them on ebay. Not as rewarding but cheaper sometimes.

I just aquired a king size comforter from my friend . She was throwing it out cause it had a couple holes in it. It is filled with goose down. I see new pillows in my future, or maybe new comforter.

Flower I quit about 20 years ago cold turkey, but at the time had a doctor tell me I was headed for my dads heart problems and scared me bad enough that I was determined. My sevret weapon was if I wanted to smoke I got a bucket of bleach water and washed walls.(no gloves)

Hands smelled so bad then didn't want them near your face. House has never been so clean since then...grin..

Smiley, yes do take photos of all your art projects! That quilt sounds amazing!
Good quote!

JJ, yuck, yuck, yuck yuck yuck!!!!!! Some spider I leave alone. But some I bring out my bug spray because I have seen those type in the house!!!! They scare me and they are so fast. Kitty can catch very fast flies, but not those spiders!!!! Oh!! They make the hairs stand up on my arms!!

Trina, I really would like to try a cutting. I think a miniature would be better for me to handle. I will send you a Dmail. I really didn’t know you had so many! You know, a miniature garden would look very pretty and together in a group would have more impact and show them off better..

Moon, lovely Abelia blooms!

And about smoking. I quit about 10+ years ago. I was going through a terrible depression and felt so bad that I didn’t think I could feel any worse. So I quit smoking and I started the patches. But it was still not easy. The first morning before I picked up my patches at noon, I was so anxious, I was going nuts. About 20 minutes after I put the first patch on, I started to calm down. Even though they say cigarettes are addictive, I didn’t believe it. However, I was really addicted. I know some people can just quit without any side affects. Well, good for them! But that is not how it is with everyone. Some people’s systems are more prone to addictions and quitting affects them differently. I smoked for over 25 years and I am still alive. However, my neighbor nearly isn’t! Believe it or not, the longer you wait to quit, it becomes increasingly harder.
