New Pic's of my Brugs

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Very good. I love to share. If you had stuck one in a jar of water,
it would have taken root. Willows root very easy. You will like these.

do you know if you go on line to the postal address & order boxes, they will deliver them to your door, I have to order some more, they come in all sizes, once you set an account with the usps, you can order as many as you want, they're free, I didn't know if you knew that or not, but they're the right price, free

Charleen, thanks for the offer of corkscrew willow, but I just don't have a spot for one.I do love corkscrew, tho! Between the brugs and the shrubs/small trees that I have planted for feeding the birds, I think I am gonna have a full yard.lol I would hate to have to turn down a brug, for lack of space...lol I am already scoping out, where all I want to put the brugs.I put in a new row of daylilies this past summer, and left a good space between each, thinking I wouldn't have to divide for a while. Now I'm thinking that there is about enough space between each to put a brug next summer! And like I said before, I plan on lining outside the chain link with them. Then theres the tropical bed...may be mostly brugs next year..
And I can fit pots of them here, there and everywhere..lol...My mom always said there's no fool like an old fool, and I am just a fool for brugs, right now

Elizabeth, I can hardly wait to see the rest of your list. I like having to look up the ones that I've never heard of....so much to learn!
Dee

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Dee. I'm nosey, What list are you talking about??
Curious mines want to know :-))))

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Elizabeth., I'm pretty sure that they will deliver them to your door. When we used to order them, we always told the postmaster that they would be coming, and to just give us a call, and we would pick them up.But, we were in alittle bitty town in the country.
Dee

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Charleen, Elizabeth shared her brug list with me, so I could be aware of what all is out there. I have been looking them all up, so I can figure out what ones I would like...Not what I would like from her...just ones to hunt down..lol I have been swapping for brug cuttings, and I would like to know what Elizabeth has, anyway, so I can maybe trade for something that she doesn't have, in hopes of having some to share with her, one day. Cause, they are all new to me, so I am very open to any of them..lol

you can look up this one, rosa lilla X wilfire, oh have you been over at BGI, there's this double orange called Langbusher's Garten, I have that one but it's small right now, just wait till that baby goes in the ground, I have a special spot for it, linning the fence does really well, that's what I did this year & you can see how huge that FP got, next year where I had the FP is where Superspot is going

if you would like to see my list I can dmail it to you or email, which ever you would prefer, I wasn't leaving you out, I just dmailed Dee's because I told her last night I would, it was a partial list because I have allready dug a bunch up, I will update the list as soon as I get everything in the basement
Elizabeth

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

OHHHHHH, sounds like fun.
they sound interesting.

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Is it all the Brugs you have and are growing? Have you got them all labeled in your basement?
Can't wait to see it. Tere's no rush, sounds like it would be interesting. I know you have a lot.

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Elizabeth, Those two are gorgeus! I don't know which one I like better, but I'm leaning toward Langbusher's Garten. The first place that google brought up was your post on the GW about rosa lilla X wilfire...lol
I don't go to BGI as much as I would like, but I use their gallery a lot...love it.Between DG and GW, they take up most of my puter time, right now.
Hey , Charleen, I have decided if we three ever do get together, that we are gonna have to play the old woman's lawn game....lol...lol..lol
Dee

Hamilton, OH

Charlene
most all of them are labeled, I learned the hard way, label them before you dig & cut back, I made about 200 of the tags
that were on your clippings that I sent you, if you try to remember all the Brugs that I have that would be impossible
BTW you have mail. now I double label on each side that I am going to cut back, if you use pencil on those tags they don't fade

I don't think there's going to be enough time for the Rosa Lilla to bloom it has tiny buds on it right now, the cross was made by Alan on BGI, I was just lucky enough to get that one, it is of the Sangunie group, I have that one also it's the only true red Brug, I don't know if I spelled it right
Elizabeth

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Elizabeth, I thought I recognized it as being a Sangunie. It is beautiful....The RED brug...I have seen lots of talk about it.
Dee

Hamilton, OH

Dee
I knew my spelling was off it's spelled Sanguinea, I need a spell check button, it's suppose to grow really well in cool weather, hey girl, our forecast for Monday is the low of 36 degrees, so you know what I will be doing Saturday
I'll be digging it, when the Red Brug Bloom you know I will have plenty of Pic's, I have to figure out how to get a couple to Bloom in the basement
Elizabeth

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Elizabeth, will you please send me a
little piece of that red one? I would love it.
I feel like such a mooch.But then, I don't
know how it would do down here, since it
is so warm in the summer time. Dee, if we three
everget together, we will be too busy running here and there
to do the "old lady's lawnngame."
But wasn't that Funny?

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

How right you are Charleen! We would be running everywhere..But, I still crack up when I think of that one.Had to send that one to my brother..lol My daughter has Fridays off, so I don't have to be there after school today. But, I won't be home tonight to gab with your girls..gonna miss that, but I will be catching up on what I miss, when I do get home....probably btween 11 and 12
Dee

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Did you see gordon's little hidey hole in his brugs, where he can crawl in and lay back and relax. Such a cool idea. Can you imagine taking a sooze in that spot?mmmmmmmmmmmm...heavenly.
Dee

Barnesville (Charle, GA(Zone 8b)

Gordon has a neat set-up in a little space.
It must be wonderful to be so organized.
First thing in morning, I make a cup of coffee, feed my pup,
then come over here to my Computor to see howDave's is doing.
I look at Dave's sometime before I even look at my mail.
I love to look at Gordon's pic. All those Brugs!!

Ladoga, IN(Zone 6a)

Well, our mail doesn't run til about 12:30, so the first thing I do is put on a pot of coffee and then turn on the puter and check Dave's
I think we need to ask Elizabeth to post a new pic, to start a new thread. This one is getting a little long, don't ya think? Are we gabby or what? lol
Dee
