I live in Tennessee and want to grow Hoya's I had a Hoya Cornosa when I lived in CA it was a white flower with the burgandy center and had a beautiful fragrance. I would like to have that plant again... (plants are like potatoe chips ... you can't just have one). If anyone can give me some hints on where to find that exact plant and not an "iffy" plant and how to grow it in my house in TN ... my major windows are facing West. I have East windows but there are alot of trees there. I have one North window that would be good (it also has a West window right next to it) They are in a corner.
Can I use a plant light for it?
I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Can't help you on how to grow it, but there are two vendors in Plant Scout who carry it http://davesgarden.com/products/ps/go/432/ I've ordered lots of things from Logees, their plants can be a bit pricey for the size, but they're good quality.

Check your local Home Depot, Lowes and Target Garden Centers. A lot of those stores carry the line of Exotic Angel plants, and they sometimes have the carnosa's listed below:

Hoya carnosa Rubra (also known as "Krimson Princess": http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/57702/

Also, when you click on the link for each of the plants above, you might see a heading at the top of the screen directly under the plant name that says: "____ Vendors have this plant for sale. Exotic Angel also sells a few Hoyas on occasion at their website: http://www.exoticangel.com/ I bought a large basket of Hoya australis from the website a couple of months ago. It has put on a lot of growth this summer and hopefully next year I will see blooms. H. australis is extremely fragrant!

I think any of your windows with bright light (no direct hot sun) would work well. Just don't over pot, they prefer to be rootbound, and keep them on the dry side. Also, if pruning/pinching ... make sure you don't cut off any of the little peduncles (bloom spurs) because they will bloom repeatedly from those, if you remove the bloom spurs you will lose future blooms, until new peduncles form.

Good luck in your search and have fun growing Hoya's ... they are interesting and wonderful plants, and many are extremely fragrant!
