What are your favorite zinnias?

Silver Lake, OH(Zone 5b)

There are the most gorgeous zinnias mixed with large marigolds at a nearby mall... they are spectacular, and I want that kind of color next fall...

What zinnias are your favorites? Do they need coddling or special watering or are they easy like marigolds and begonias?

Good mornin'Janiejoy' My all time favorites are the Giant California Zinnias' Every year over 20 now and beautiful, almost flueroscent flowers,5ft.tall and blooms as big as my hands'' They're easy as pie to grow. Just plant, little water when it's very dry and mildew resistant'

Hi Janie,
I like the "cut and come again" - many blooms, easy to care for and always enough for cut flowers.

I just love any zinnias, they are really nice cheerful flowers, one of my favourite annuals.

Oh,have to agree,me too,lol' They're a no fuss plant like the nasturtiums'
