Need help with tomato plants there still green but are starting to rott or maybe some type of fungus herd about it on the news but not sure.

Can you post some pictures? There's a common disease of tomatoes called blossom end rot, but I'm sure there are some fungal diseases that tomatoes can get too and the treatment wouldn't be the same for those. If you can't post a picture, then if you could give a better description of the symptoms you're seeing that would help.
