Hi, I am hoping that more seasoned gardeners can help identify the plants/diseases in my pics. Thanks a million
Need general advice
My guesses:
1. Lily of the Valley
2. Agastache (does it smell?)
3. Canna
Can you tell what is happening to the lily of the valley?
2nd one may be hyssop. i just bought some that are lime colored.
I don't know if it's typical in your zone for Lily of the Valley to end the season soon but that's almost what it looks like to me yet the others are still green. Cut back the dead leaves - dead leaves do not provide any nutrition to any plant.
The first one doesn't look like lily of the valley. The leaves are much larger on the ones that I have. The lily of the valley prefers shade. If it is one it may be getting too much sun.
The second one is an anise hyssop, agastache foeniculum or an apple mint. I have both and it is hard to tell them apart. The scent, anise, apple.
Number three canna.
