Hello. Hope everyone is having a nice day. I have two bonica roses and they are both planted in a garden, where they get sun all day long. The nice pink colour seems to bleach out and they are almost white. Could they be receiving too much sun? I was thinking that maybe I should move them to a partial shaded spot. Is anybody else having this problem? Thanks very much.
Bonica roses blaching out in the sun
I've never had that problem with Bonica so I don't really know what to tell you. I suppose it could be a case of a missing nutrient in the soil, but I really couldn't say which one it might be. Are you keeping the rose well watered?
Hi Zuzu. The rose is well watered. It gets really hot in my backyard, especially in the afternoon, and we are having a very humid summer. I am in zone 5A. Sometimes it can go as high as 100 degrees farenheit. Maybe it's the humidity. Thanks Zuzu.
