I just love green goblin, I do not have any kohleria. oh no, another want, what's a girl to do???? And I had it on my list too!!!

Laura H

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

I do believe she is one of the finest Kohlerias I have seen. Never had I even heard of her until today. They like warmth, light and are a pain, Laura!! (LOL). I had shelves of them at one time but got rid of them.......to be pretty looking, they really have to be trimmed all the time (and that means propagating more of them)........until you have a jungle!!!

Thad Scaggs grows them outside year around in south Florida I am told. He just grows them for the rhizomes to sell on ebay. (although he is a great hybridizer of episicas)

Highland, IL

I'm sure it would not bloom for me anyway! LOL

Whitsett, NC(Zone 8a)

Whitsett, NC(Zone 8a)

RainGazer has just announced a nice little side competition in our friendly Bingo game . . . In order to "improve reception" of Bingo wavelengths, I challenge each of the participants to create - and post a photo of them wearing - Bingo hats!

Now, some of you will remember that last year Jannich and (I think) plantladylin each created "improved wavelength Bingo receptors" . . . I will look for those pix this weekend, and get them posted . . .

I will, as well, work on my own . . . .

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

Getting to work for sure on mine!! I need a good one!!!

Andalusia, AL(Zone 8b)

Oh no you don't,do not find that old picture of me.LOL.You need my permission to use it an I say no ^_^ I need to make a new one for this bingo or I will loss ^_^

Gail!!! Little darlin is a beauty!!!

Whitsett, NC(Zone 8a)

I do seem to remember saying I was saving it for blackmail purposes . . . ^_^

Never fear, though . . . it is saved on the hard drive of my desktop computer . . . whose power supply failed and the motherboard is about to explode. Hard drive itself is good, though! The problem is getting an HP compatible motherboard (licensing issues, etc.) . . . to cost prohibitive, which is why we replaced the desktop with laptops. My mother has an hp, so I am going to take the hard drive over to her place this weekend and copy all my photos and documents onto a portable hard drive (and my FC2, too!).

Ladies!! I couldn't wait until this weekend to shake those bingo balls up. I only have 5 calls so far.

This hat has very special receptors on each orange and white ball hanging from my University of Texas Christmas tree.

My hat is very special also.........my cycling son gave me a fancy pancy pink bicycle and all the gear about 5 years ago and the bike is still sitting in the barn. Whatever was he thinking? Jan and I need to put our sons together......mine is only 36.

No one lives here but me so I took the picture in the bathroom mirror..........
