How to get rid of fescue k-31

Like a dummy I over seeded my Kentucky Bluegrass with Fescue k-31. Now I have clumps of it spaced in my front yard. How should I go about fixing this mess? Any Ideas?

If it's only in clumps in certain spots I'd dig it up and reseed in the fall.
