Fruits on my guave trees refuse to frow bigger

I plant guava from seeds . Every year I have lots of good fruits from my trees . This year, however, their fruits do not filling out and ripen . Normally around this time of year, they are ready to be picked . I live in Pensacola, NW of Florida .
