Hi, I am brand spankin' new to gardening...and Dave's. I am thrilled that a member GAVE me two plants I've been looking for here in Texas. She mentioned something called a 'Round-up' where I could get a good start with my garden. How do I participate or find out when/where this event is held? Thanks!
The easiest way is to go to the Round-up Forum. But I see you are not subscriber so that won't work.
Would you like to ask your friend who gave the plants if they will find out for you?
Subscribing is only $20.00 but sometimes that's too much for people and we understand the constraints of a budget. If you like us enough, the money might be worth it. I know it is to me.
I started when I was on a severe budget but realized I had to have to full subscription and have never regreted it.

Bluffles, if you haven't found it already- there is a thread for subscriber newbies to receive free flower seeds and you'll receive a LOT of them. You'll find that becoming a paying member of DG is well worth it :)
