It's had this same flower on it since I bought it almost two months ago. I thought it had another tiny flower shoot starting to grow on it when I got it, (you can kinda see it in this pic - it's the little pink thing in the center) but when I got back from vacation (it was neglected for three weeks) it was still happy looking - except the only potential flower shoot was brown and crispy.
It's growing plenty of leaves, and I'm gonna have to start taking cuttings from it ASAP to keep it small. But I want more flowers, not foliage! I understand there'a a zillion types of fertilizer with different numbers, etc... but Home Depot just has plain ol' all-purpose plant food, rose food, and orchid food - and I didn't wanna just guess and do the wrong thing.
What kind of fertilizer should I buy to get this awesome plant to make more flowers?
Should it get a little more sun, too - maybe? It's about three feet from a west window in my bathroom, so it gets filtered curtain light - and it does seem to be leaning toward the light...
