Are heliotrope hard to grow from seeds? What equipment will I need?

The soil temperature needs to be in the 60's F, for good seed germination.

You will need pots and soil.

I plan to buy grow lights since I dont have adequate light, and want to try other seeds. Need feedback on growing tuberous begonia from seed as opposed to tubers. Thanks for info. Also found info on columbine that I needed on another thread
