This thread reminded me of the great BLT salad recipe I found here last year. It is sooo good. I "bought" home the bacon tonight!

Gee Tropicman,
We had the same thing for supper tonite: pork steaks, sliced tomatoes w/Italian dressing, and fresh green beans w/ham and onions, simmered allllll afternoon. Yum!!
Oh by the way, Seedtosser1, I totally agree............. a BLT (or BT) with only 3 pieces of bacon isn't worth putting the mayo on for! Gotta have a 'pile' !!!!
