Is it normal to have little green tomatos growing on my potato plants? Are they edible? It's my first time to plant potatoes and I wondered if I could pickle them (the little green tomatos)

Those are the seeds, and poisonous, so don't pickle them. Potatoes are members of the Solanaceae family, so the foliage and seeds are poisonous.
Here's a good site: http://www.growseed.org/potato-breeding.html
Here's another site that states that the leaves, stems and fruits (seeds) are poisonous http://www.floridata.com/ref/S/sola_tub.cfm
