Is it ok to mow off strawberries now after they have finished producing? Also, when should I transplant out of this bed? Thanks for your help!

sherlyn, I think that is going to depend if you want young plants or not. if you mow them off, you mow off the runners too. I checked and that question is answered in Beginner Vegetables: surprize strawberries.
Let me see what I can find on transplanting them.
I know I was thinging about growing some in a strawberry pot. I have the pot, just not the strawberries,
