Why Turning Brown?

We just planted a weeping willow tree no more then 2 weeks ago and its leafs are all turning brown .. can anyone please tell me what is goin on??

I would check and make sure that you're watering it enough.

I would think, like ecrane3, that water is a good start. Also, maybe hit it with some 'Superthrive' or a Vitamin B to help through the transplant shock.
