Pink Giant has made me thinking I need more recurved ones. It's charming.

Where do your lilies come from mostly.

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Lily Garden, Lily Nook, Buggycrazy, Faraway Flowers, co-ops, etc..

Here's Invasion

this has been such an awesome lily year, we're all going to be depressed when it's over...

Some of mine are from co-ops here on DG. Lots mailorder over the internet: buggycrazy, The Llily Garden, The Lily Nook, B and D Lilies, Faraway Flowers and lots more places I'm sure I'm forgetting. I've also gotten them from eBay. Think that's where Samur came from. Not always the most reliable place, but I seem to have lucked out with most my orders. A few older ones have come from Jung Seeds and other catalogs like Michigan Bulb, that I try to avoid now because they often send the wrong bulbs. Some have been given to me by DG members too or obtained in trades with friends. This year I joined the PNWLS and ordered some from their Spring sell.

You beat me to it Moby! Guess if I had to order from only one place, I might pick buggycrazy. It sure has been a good lily year. Sad to be cutting so many tops off.

Have lots of LAs not open yet.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I have heard of BuggyCraz I have been getting bulbs from Brent and Beckys as well as B&D lilies its been a good source for 20 years but lately I have had some dissapointments as stated above. I keep going back though.
I also have ordered from LilyNook.
Faraway Flowers used PayPal so I dont order from her. I placed an order last night and thought she had added regular creditcards choices so I put the order thru
BUT NO Pay-Pal pirated the info and charged it thru them, its a dollar when they do.
I can afford the dollar, I object to being decieved. and pay for it.
Maybe I just dont use the site right.
ENOUGH of my ranting, just had to get it out there.
She wrote back and said she was closed for this season or something like that.
I will hunt for lilies again when they start digging.
Your soft pinks and roses are just beautiful.
My new home has huge gardens and I seem to have planted mostly yellow lilies. I need more other colors and was looking for Ebony, thats how I found Faraway.

Very nice everyone!! Ramona, I really like that Raspberry on a Whip!! :) I'm still trapped in the house scraping plaster, spackeling and painting. Someday I'll get out to see my gardens again... I expect it to be December.

I just tried to look at The Lily Nook and their pages are blank.
Are they closed until Fall?

Nanny- Better watch out.

Just checked and Lily Nook worked fine for me. Maybe you could try refreshing your page? Not shipping until September but their site is open.

Moby,
NOT a weed; you snagged a little start of a fern peony!

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Love the al-lily-um. No way you could get them to do that on purpose. Here's American Heritage.
