Better than mine ;)
2009 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds Vol. 4
Still have only had 3 sightings this season. Changing the nectar just to keep it fresh! I hate to wish away the summer, but I can't wait for fall migration just so I can
see some of the little buggers.
i know what you mean Carol. That's about me too. I planted lots of late stuff for them though, so it will be good to experience the 6 -8 weeks I get here.
very nice Burd
Nice ones Burd!
Burd, I see the setting experimentation is working
Thx! The male I posted was getting run off by the female, must be a youngster yet. Met thx for the help, I want to push this Canon to its limits still working it, found out it does not have a burst mode.

Very nice shots Rose!!!
nice Rose & Burd!
Thanks. I have lots of pics of them just sitting and posing for me. I would love to get some flying hummingbirds instead of hovering little blurry things!

Nice pics onewish!
thanks Pelle
Onewish,
That one is much better than the ones that I get! My biggest problem now is I can't stand around for long outside waiting for the little darlings. The mosquitoes and flies are terrible!
Rose
the mosquitoes are bad here as well... I started taking vitamin B... saw it on the news it's supposed to help with not getting bit up... soon find out... had to cover myself with spray just to take those shots
cute HG
Cute one hugger!
