Anyone have experience with Aji Dulce (Sweet Habaņero)?

My family really wants some Aji Dulce, aka Sweet Habaņero pepper, (Venezuelan Heirloom) since we use it a lot for cooking and it's hard to find. I just found a few places selling seeds. Anyone have any experience with this...or I guess peppers in general? Is it too late to plant these seeds in Florida or should I just wait until next year?
