Red Potatos with curly spotted leaves

Hello all! Pacific Northwest. Red seed potatoes hilled in raised bed. Beautiful greens now curling slightly with little brown spots (not enough rain to be mold). Water from beneath. Hilled next to white seed potatoes that look beautiful still...don't seem to have a "contagious" issue... Would love some advice!
