You did not mention how tall your plants are. Generally morning glories prefer soil that is not overly rich and if you feed them excessively you will get lush vines and fewer flowers. I grow Heavenly Blue and over the season the plant will grow to 10-12 feet. I live in zone 6 and these plants do not start flowering heavily until about 6 feet high. I grow some on a trellis and others I plant around Cornus Florida (dogwood) and let it climb thru the branches. Either way my vines are covered with blooms. When I plant them I mix in a little slow release fertilizer like Osmocote. This has satisfied the nutritional need of the plants for me. If your growing season is longer than 3-4 months you may have to give them a shot of liquid feed but use one low in nitrogen ( the first number ie: 5-10-10)

please dont use caps its a form of shouting. i dont feed my morning glories but maybe once or twice. feeding them cuts blooms and makes lleaves.

depending on which mg some bloom later then others. i have some blooming right now at 3 ft and others havent bloomed yet. depends on type

Thank you for your advise. I'm not exactly sure just what type I planted, but I did start them out with miracle grow potting soil, could this be part of the problem? Thank you all for your help!

no i use the same. so if you havent fed them since i would say its different things going on. could be type or strain of it . i have some right now that is only a foot blooming. so it may perk up more after the first blooms.

it also may be the vine got messed up and bloomed and will start a new vine. just wait and see what happens. you can give it a little bit of bloom boost to help jump start it a little bit. wont hurt it.
