You would not believe the results I have gotten! I have lilies taller than my mom with flowers bigger than a large man's hand! The colors are incredible. |

YES, THEIR PHONES ARE EXTREMELY BUSY BUT YOU CAN GET THRU TO THEM. I HAVE SPOKEN TO TWO DIFFERENT LADIES AND THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME TIPS AND STAND BY THEIR POLCIES. I BELEIVE PART OF THE PROBLEM IS THAT SOME PEOPLE JUST WANT WHAT THEY WANT AND NOTHING MAKES THEM HAPPY. ROBERTAS PRODUCT IS GREAT AND GEORGIA AND SUE DID A WONDERFULL JOB TAKING CARE OF MY ISSUES AND GIVING ME GREAT TIPS FOR MY PLANTS. SO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ROBERTAS..WE LOVE THE BOYS AND THE GIRLS WE HAVE TALKED TO IN YOUR OFFICE. On June 27th, 2006, joyplumeria added the following: I HAVE CALLED AND SENT E MAIL AND IT WAS ANSWERED RIGHT AWAY. DI D YOU TRY TO CALL WHEN YOU DID NOT GET A RESPONSE? MY DAUGHTER IN LAW IN GEORGIA CALLED FOR REPLACEMENTS AND THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH AN E MAIL TELLING HER THEY HAD SHIPPED. THEY DID THAT BECAUSE SHE ASKED THEM TO BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING ON VACATION AND NEEDED TO MAKE SURE HER FRIEND GOT THEM FOR HER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFULL. | Positive | ddcrazybirds (1 review) | On Jun 9, 2006, ddcrazybirds Grand Prairie, TX wrote: Spring 2005, I purchased Buttercups and Giant American Begonias from Roberta's Inc., via QVC. Both were of very poor quality. They either completely failed to sprout, or died quickly after sprouting. The growth was very poor, and the flower and buds would fall off of the plant. Since the 90-day guarantee passed on the Buttercups, I didn't bother contacting the company about them. I did contact Roberta' in June or July 2005 regarding the begonias, since they had a one-year guarantee. Since I was not pleased with the quality of the tubers they sell, I asked for them to send the Money trees instead of the begonias. They grudging agreed. They said they would be shipped May 2006. I called numerious times since I had not received the trees, and the reps said they would be shipped sometime in May. I still had not received them, so I called again, they said they should be shipped that week (this was either the week before Memorial Day, or Memorial Day week). Late May, I still hadn't received the plants, so I e-mailed Roberta's twice with my concerns; I was completely ignored. I asked them to forward a copy to their President. I did not hear from him either, so apparently poor customer service runs all the way to the top. I finally received the trees June 9, 2006. Their shipping practices are suspect. They said the trees couldn't be shipped last year because it was too late in the season to be shipped, but here it is now, the same time of year they said it was too late to ship, and I just received the plants. I will NEVER buy plants from Roberta's Inc. Their customer service reps are rude, not helpful, and really don't seem to know anything about plants. All plant that I have purchased from Roberta's have been of VERY poor quality. I would not recommend Roberta's to anybody. QVC should stop using them as a vendor. On June 12th, 2006, ddcrazybirds changed the rating from negative to neutral and added the following: Today, I was contacted by Roberta's regarding my order, and they apoligized for not getting back to me. They also offered to send me a sweetheart plant. I was told that they were shipped late since they were waiting on a shipment (they were not happy with the quality of the plants they did have). I think it would be very helpful if they had information on their site on when an order will be shipped and if there will be any delays. On June 17th, 2006, ddcrazybirds changed the rating from neutral to positive and added the following: A couple of days ago, I received the Sweetheart plant, and it was in very good condition. It even had a few blooms on it. There are also some buds on the money trees. I can already see a tiny leaf on it, and I have had them for only about a week! Maybe the problems I had in the past with plant quality were due to a bad shipment, and Roberta's has cleared that problem up. |

I received 4 plastic bags with rooting material with only one showing plant life. They did not grow. When I read the warranty, Roberta's will replace not refund. Luckily I was within my 30 days and the TV network will stand behind the sale. The merchandise from Roberta's were to be bareroot plants not seedlings. At $28.89 the purchase was a major rip-off. I'll not order from Roberta's Inc. again. |

Leaks and gives no water presure. No way to get customer help from the web site and no way to return for a refund without driving 100 miles. |

In the spring of 2004, I purchased a collection of Roberta's oriental lillies and daylillies thru QVC. The price couldn't be beat. After I received the bulbs, they sat around in the garage for a few weeks (they got shipped a few weeks too early for our frozen Maine winters). All 12 bulbs (oriental collection) were large and looked healthy. All 8 bulbs of the daylilly collection looked a little small but realtively healthy. I'll have to be honest, for the price I paid, I didn't expect much. I figured if half of the bulbs actually survived and bloomed, then I got a deal. Much to my surprise, ALL 12 of the orientals grew like weeds and bloomed with some of the most gorgeous colors I've seen. All 8 of the daylillies came up and 6 of them bloomed the first year..... and a "green thumb" I am not!! Now I know all you gardening pros are saying..."lillies... anyone can grow a lily"... but literally, all I did was stick them in the ground and throw some dirt over them. I couldn't help but grin all summer at the STEAL I had gotten, every time I looked out over the garden. I have already placed my order for this year.... and here I've always thought that QVC was only for blue haired little ole ladies that wanted to buy gawdy jewelry and pocketbooks!! I'll let you know how my Roberta's order turns out this year. |

If you are need of help or advice on the plant you ordered and it's not in their script, they are not any help. Might order from them again, but know I have to do the research on the plant I'm buying on my own, can't count on them for advice. |
