Gulf Coast blooms #4 2009

Came home for the weekend, so happy to see lots of blooms but 2 days of rain did something awful to the leaves.

From last years seed of pink stripes & frost.

Was loaded with blooms.

Quite a few vines with rose silk.

I think I have at least 3 vines of Fujishibori.

Thank you Dany. Yes Blue Marble is still blooming though the blooms are a bit damaged but I see 8 seed pods so far.

Helena - Glad to see them still blooming in your area! Truly lovely! How many grow-outs do you get per year? Only this one or will you have time for another group of vines to grow before the cold of Fall/Winter hits?

Thank you Jackie and Becky. I think I can get 2 to 3 grow outs. Last year I did one late fall with blue star & a few others but didn't get seeds from them. I'm back at my daughter's place with a bunch of mg's but she'll have to show me how to download from my camera to either computer if I get good blooms. I am going to go for another one when I get home to stay.

wow they are so beautifull just love the colors mine are all planted outside now and starting to grow should have blooms in a couple of weeks I hope

A few nice blooms today. I like the leaves on this one too. They are light lime on rose star.

This is Porcelain from Becky, I can see darker stripes on it. Thanks Becky, it's still a young plant and I like it.
