How to get DG seller to ship plants??

I bought several plants from DG listing and seller.
Our communications got mixed. and somehow the plants never arrived.

Seller apologized and assured me with the new order
- it would just be another $9.99.

I again paid. now no response.

Ive asked twice when will these ship.
Nothing.
I just feel so foolish to trust an unknown entity on the internet.
they did have a good comment/referral.

what can I do??

At this point, if you're pretty sure you're not going to get the plants, you can always dispute the charge (both the original one and this new one) with Paypal or your credit card depending on how you paid. And you can of course feel free to leave feedback so that others know about your experience--if you leave negative feedback and they end up coming through with your plants in the end I'm pretty sure you can update the feedback and change the rating if you want to.
