Cody adult geese are fierce protectors of babies. Brokewing chases the little blue and green herons in the pond, the rabbits and squirrels in the yard, my poor dogs and DH.
When someone tresspassed on my property and shot Meanie, Brokewings brother , Brokewing took a chunk out of the Policemans butt ROFL!!!!!!!!!!
LOL!!!!!ROFLMAO!!!!Donna,yea,they make great watch dogs.Mine are just now getting use to coming out during the day.They have been in a pen ever since they were babies.We didn't know if they would run off or stay.They do get out during the day,i'm scared that something will get them at night.Before we put the shade cloth on our pen something took one of my laying hen Mallards the second night we got them.
Donna,my hubby is fixxing the gesses wings.He has already done one of the girls.He use that tape that they use when people give blood that they wrap around you.He got the top of her wing and put a little of that tape on it.He will do the other 2 or 3 like that tomorrow.
I thought about that but was worried about it being to hot. One was born with spraddled legs and I used paper tape for 3 days and it fixed it. I may go ahead and try it then too. I wonder if it is a muscle weakness problem??
I'm not sure,but when i went out side this morning to let them out she had taking the tape off.He will end up trying again i'm sure.

Donna,i thought it was funny too,when i went too look for her i was looking for the tape on her and the booger was at the gate looking at me like lady let me out of here.LOL!!!!
