Mission: To nurture and support, in a Christ-like attitude, an online community of gardeners and farmers with open and safe discussion forums, friendly and intuitive web-based applications, and accurate and useful information.

I know this is posted to the right of these forums but I thought it may be read again right here. I wish I could have posted it in neon letters!

God Blss us all!

Just a thought...While I am a Christian, there are many people who are deeply religious who are not necessarily Christians, and perhaps a different choice of words might be appropriate. Faith is faith and we all have different houses of worship.Dg is a diverse community. I wish also to say that I have not made this comment to stir contraversy, but just to share a thought.

I know a lot of people read a bit too much into things at times....in a Christ like attitude could be taken quite literally or very broad and encompasing.
Godly manor
loving way
forgiving kindness!

Take it with a grain of salt and in the spirit in which it was intended(Continue reading and dont just stop at 'Christ like attitude).

I don't believe that the original statement said "Christ-like "attitude....I read very thoroughly

SD: The mission statement was altered in recent days.

I didn't see the original version of the mission statement, but I think this current one is fine. I don't think you need to believe in Christianity to admire the ideals that 'Christ-like' living is supposed to stand for.

Thanks Dave!!!
This is a time when those of us who call ourselves Chrsitians needs to remember who it is we actually represent- Christ! Thanks you for your boldness to proclaim Him...
