Oooow Linth, you've got me pining for Ospreys. What wonderful birds. Great shots of the Egret and Green Heron.

Thanks, pelle and Margaret. I've got lots of Osprey photos, mostly flight shots, but they soon take on a "very similar" theme, absent a story to tell. So, I'll refrain from becoming overbearing with more Osprey photos.

Here are a few Baltimore Oriole photos taken about 10' from the shoreline of a local lake that I frequent quite often. This time of year, they are quite busy, i.e. choosing mates and nesting sites. They will be busy the next week or two building their unique nest. Although to get a decent photo in the natural setting requires patience, they are constantly racing up and down the shoreline. Their voice is unmistakable.
