Thanks Pelle, yes I did. I haven't been to that one yet though. Philly get a bum wrap a lot with all the crime in the inner city but this makes me proud and my heart sings! Nature as it should be!
Beautiful pictures everyone. Everyone's outdoing themselves. Duc beautiful shot of the Crows .... nice exposure. Bathing Redtail.... what can I say. Everyone keep it up.

I love the spring migration! I just saw a black and white warbler (first time ever). In the last week I've had a brown thrasher, song sparrows, white crowned sparrows, cardinals (nesting in my yard), chickadees (complete with clutch of 6), house finches, robins, gold finches, downey woodpeckers and a ruby throated hummingbird.
Good news on the Cardinal front. Ethel (the cardinal) has been on the nest all day and has laid 3 eggs today. that's a total of 4, as one egg was removed yesterday. She now has been incubating all day so I'll expect hatchlings on the 12th-14th of May. I'll be streaming live video from the 11th, I hope.
Still no eggs in the chickadee house. The are both in and out of it though.
FYI. I have named the chickadees Lucy and Ricky. And the Cardinals are Fred and Ethel.
:-D
