Susan, I'm not sure the information on the BBB site is up to date. I filed a complaint and it isn't one of the 2 that is showing.

I also ordered and have not received shipment. she did email me back once and tell me to check their calendar for shipping dates, but no products and no response to further emails (2). so I contacted paypal regarding their 45 day policy and this was their response:
... Hello, my name is Nathaniel and I understand that you would like
clarification regarding our 45 day policy for filing a dispute as you
are used to ordering early and getting your items late as the items had
to arrive to you in season.
The Buyer Protection Programs require a dispute to be filed in the
Resolution Center within 45 days of payment. If a dispute is filed 45
calendar days or more after the initial transaction, PayPal won't
investigate the dispute. We encourage you to file a dispute. This is
documented in the seller's account records. We recommend you stay in
contact with the seller to find a resolution.
***PayPal reserves the right to reopen any claim for investigation within
180 days if multiple complaints are received about a single seller. We
will notify you if this is the case.
So apparently if enough people complain they will investigate further. So i guess we should go ahead and file disputes regardless of the dates and maybe contact paypal again alerting them to the volume of complaints against this company. Maybe there is a slight chance for some restitution. I'm going to go ahead and file a complaint and see where it goes from there.

I just received my 3rd e-mail from the BBB and pretty much they just said the case is closed because they've tried contacting HH 3 times with no response.
I emailed with them a couple of times, but they didn't say too much else. I asked them to please investigate since there were so many instances of people not receiving their orders and such. I even sent them a link to the garden watchdog comment page so they could read. My last response from them was just to thank me for the information I had provided and to give me a form letter of what to do next either a police report or internet fraud. So I didn't get very far :( I didn't lose out on too much money so I didn't want to push it, especially since I was after the 45 day limit. I guess it was just one of those things.
Did anyone ever receive their lily bulbs, or any satisfaction from this company at all?

My problem was mis-identified Amaryllis.They promised replacements months ago.I'm
not holding my breath.The best thing we can do with these people is to keep up with their name changes,on Ebay,and update the Watchdog.
Do you have a way to get in touch with them at all? At least you got something...looks like most of us got nothing, and no way to reach them. Or, it probably is that we are getting through to them, they are not responding.
Sorry to hear so many of you are in the same boat I am. Not able to reach them and nor help from the BBB. Anyone know if they are on eBay currently?
