Too Hot for April !

What does 'driest water' mean? We have lots of minerals in our well water (and the stained washer and dishwasher to prove it), but we drink the water all the time. We use the water through the fridge filter since the water tastes fine, but after extended hot weather, we get a sulfur smell to the tap water. Have had water checked couple times, very potable, just occasionally slight smell.

Oh, I TOTALLY know what it means! When I was a kid growing up in Denver, we'd go to visit my grandparents who lived in Sterling (northwest corner of Colorado). My mom and I could drink their water all day long and still be thirsty. It wasn't the taste or smell, just "dry"! My grandparents, who had lived there all their lives, didn't know what we were talking about and thought we were nuts!

My mom and sister have the best water in Eugene - plain old city water, but I would say it's a little 'sweet.' I always fill a bottle to take on the plane with me when I come back.

What imapigeon said is an accurate description of our water. Which is weird 'cause Sweet Water Creek runs through our place. Water is from deep well. Mineralized but I forget which ones. Quiltygirl, take a short drive up the road and I'll let you try it for yourself. LOL!
Best water I ever drank was in Mexico. No, I didn't get sick from drinking the agua either.
Now the houses are on city water.

Not city water sis.....well water. We have our own water system here in the park. Has a board of directors and is tested often. And yes, it is the best in town. I even had it checked for watering the orchids and the guy didn't believe it was well water. LOL

OOOPS! I was confusing city with community!

We think it's better than the city water. LOL
