Thanks Resin for the new thread, it's always my pleasure when this 'lil goldfinch visits. Yesterday there was a whole flock of them.

Awesome start Resin...thanks for the new thread.

That is a really yellow Goldfinch Lily...ours are really turning now too.

This is a first and a rare one for our area...it landed on the platform feeder and ate like it was really hungry. A window shot of a White-winged Dove.

Very nice pics Resin! Thanks for starting the new thread!

I definitely had a load of Goldfinch here but I did not see or hear any Dark-eyed Junco's so they might have left for good.

Another bird on the nyjer feeder today was the Pine Siskin. Wish I could have gotten better pics of them.

Love the White winged Dove dellrose!

When I first went out I realized I needed a jacket on so I went back into the house for just a moment to grab one. When I came back there was a Mourning Dove sitting on top
of my lens!! Wish I would have had my second camera with me. Here she is just after I shooed her off.

Nice ones Pelle...cracks me up about the Dove!! LOL!

Very good looking Card Red.

Not a great shot but I thought it was so cute of the Eastern Bluebird parents!

I love that shot of the bluebirds!

What's he waving at if she is right by his side! LOL.

Looking more and more promising about the chickadees. I went out to hang some sheets on the line and she/he was parked in the hole, didn't leave the entire time I was out there. So I got the camera and shot from all angles and it stayed! When I first went out it was calling to the mate.

A woodpecker found the suet feder: Downy vs Hairy wp? I'm not sure:

Mrs_Ed, that chickadee looks as happy as can be. :-)

Here is one of many American Goldfinch in the yard today.

I'm so glad I was able to save one of my Upside Down feeders from the squirrels since I'm just starting to see the House Finch starting to boss the Goldfinch off the upright feeder.

Thanks for a lovely start to the new thread, Resin.
Great pictures to enjoy from everyone.
Congrat Mrs-Ed on your new renting resident, hope to see babies soon.
I've set up some new bird houses too and hoping to see some action in the future.
GP, it's the first time, I noticed that the Mockingbird has such a long tail!!! Love the Painted and Indigo Buntings.
No Goldfinches in my mix yet, a few more weeks and I shall see them.
Lily, I love those little Downy, always enjoy their present when they come. I see the Hairy more often, then the Downy though.

Song Sparrows are here.

Lily, he was able to fly, it was only his legs, he seems to have a problem with.

Central, AL(Zone 7b)

The bird must share my same ailment; which is minor. Leg pain, but I can type away. lol. Have a good evening all, here is a last pix from me from Central Alabama:
