Beck, if you have an extra sassafras, can I have it? I have no idea where it'll go. But my dh is still chastising me because he just loved, loved, loved the sassafras tea we had awhile back at one of the RUs. Poor guy... he gets NO gardening space...

tip on the sassafras ..to keep it alive after diggin
once you dig it up put it in a bucket of water and let it sit in that for a few days before potting it up if you have any compost tea, miracle grow or EM 1 put a lil bit of that in the water too
they are very picky at being dug up and I have found that the ones I have done for past trades seem to do better if I use the method above when diggin and pottin up
