Disabling the Top Watchdog Ads

I have the ads turned off but now I'm seeing Top Watchdog Ads in the right corner of every forum.
Is this a mistake?
Can I turn them off please?

Click on "Top Ads FAQ" under the ad, and you'll find all the info you're looking, including the link on getting rid of it.

Moreover, you can do it through the Preferences.

That's strange. I only see this thread when I go to posts I've made not on Dave's Garden. Why?
