A farmer pulls a prank on Easter Sunday. After the egg hunt, he sneaks into the chicken coop and replaces every white egg with a brightly colored one.
Minutes later the rooster walks in. He spots the colored eggs, then storms out and beats up the peacock.

Oh yeah, we got the wind. It's rolling horse apples across the highway. And pretty cold, too. Blew a latched window open in my pumphouse; went out to get something out of the freezer and dust and dirt all over everything. Popped the piece of wood I was using to keep it shut right off... can't even find the dang wood.
Must be spring. Next I'll be spittin' donkey hair out of my mouth and finding it in my hairbrush.

LOL yesterday was pretty nice here, the wind finally died down.
Yep, finally dropped here, too. After ripping shingles off my roof. Woke to 7* this morning... dang. I hadn't put the row cover back over the garlic and onions. It's an adventure for sure. Not too bad now, more our usual chilly and sunny.

I have had a goose fly along side my car. Everyday when I came home from work there used to be a goose that would fire up and run with me the whole length of one road. They must be a lot faster......
