What a cute feeder! And feedee!
Daily Pics Vol 190
That roadrunner brings back a memory. I lived in Tucson while in grad school 10 years ago and I had weaver finches. I would put them out some days on the concrete slab in front of my student housing apt. One day a roadrunner tried to eat my birds. They were extremely traumatized. And hung by one leg for hours but they eventually were okay. They say birds are dinosaurs. So I guess they smelled like a reptile and food to him.
Nice ones frank!
so, nanny, you must have sent those up here to me.
Love the 2nd shot Dave!
Beautiful!
Nanny, that gives you an excellent excuse to stay put and observe your birds. I love that new bird feeder, Deb. I'll bet "Nutkin" and his friends have a great time swinging. Thanks for the great pics, Dirt, Frank, Nanny, and Rose. Boojum, we camped in Tucson twenty years ago. It rained (very unusual for that area, I guess.) I still have the photo that DH took of a Sajuaro Cactus with a rainbow in the sky behind it. Goodnight, Juney, Mrs. Ed, Pelletory, and whoever else may still be here. See you tomorrow.
Thanks, Pelle. I think I'll tie a knot in this one and start Vol 191. See you on the flip side.
