Any gardening center/supply store should have it--it is fairly inexpensive, and good to have on hand for many plant maladies. Neem oil is a non-toxic natural substance derived from the neem plant--zaps bugs also.

WE are all short on cash.........but I can always find an extra 15.00 for a couple of weeks if I know I am going to get it back. A friend in our club always picks me up things and I reimburse her.......and I pick up for her.
morts-- in a pinch if you have no fungicide mix 1 part milk with 9 parts water and spray your leaves a couple days in a row. I usually use water that has neem powder dissolved nin it--1/4 t to 1 gal water, tho not necesary.Works pretty good.

I am sorry that made you so unhappy that you want to quit another web site. We are imperfect people even though we try to be appropriate all the time. My thinking was simply that if I have enough money to go to show or sale I can afford to pick up plants for people on a credit card. My personal experience is that I have never not been paid back immediately before the bill even comes.
