Here's one of the gambel's quail that comes to my ground feeder everyday. He looks like he could stand to go on a diet. Maybe it's time for me to cut back a bit on my feedings.

Nice photos, Jane. I like your series also, Adel .... a lot of different species. Nice winter scenes, Grandmaggie.

This photo isn't very good of a group of White Pelicans, a Bald Eagle flying by and a flock of Snow Geese in the rear.
Unfortunately, the White Pelicans, in particular, are always off shore quite a bit when I see them.
